Saving Piece

I realised that I haven’t posted in a looong time and since I’m officially on summer break, I’ll try as much as I can to update my blog. As for the title, I’m still working on my creativity so hopefully I’ll be able to come up with more relevant (and cute) titles on my next posts.

Anyway, these photos were taken during the last day of class for 2013. Also, this is the last day we (my friend Glenn and I) were able to shoot in this area before we were informed that we need a certain permit from the office to “use” the place (aww).

I’m wearing a sleeveless dress that’s v-neck both in front and at the back. I wasn’t really comfortable with this because the front looks very similar with the back that there is almost no distinction between them. However, I wouldn’t want to waste a pretty dress with a pretty print so I figured it would need a little something over it to hide the part making it awkward, at least in my perspective.

Tada!! This blouse saved the dress (and the day). Because I still want to emphasize the print of the dress, I only closed the topmost button of the cover-up blouse to cover the neckline. I also wore a pair of sneakers with my usual wild and mild theme to balance the look.
